She thrives on helping clients feel at ease, managing onboarding, and keeping the firm's operations running smoothly so the team can focus on what matters most: serving business owners.
Outside of work, Josephine channels her creativity into acrylic painting and embroidery, often taking on commissions for custom pieces. She also runs a photography business with her partner, capturing authentic, personal moments for families and individuals.
